Career coaching made her more aware of her strengths and weaknesses, through talking about her situation, what she was good at and not good at with her coach. Veronika believes that her coach had some great ideas, and gave her some good advice on starting her own business.  The coach also helped her realise that she has expertise, and through which she could restructure her CV better.
